What if I do not have email addresses for all of my members, can they still participate in the survey?
- Yes, there are several ways to involve all of your members, including members with no email address on file with the club. You can simply notify your members of the website by letter or postcard, post the survey website in the club newsletter or put a link on the club 's website for the members to click on. Additionally, for those members who do not have computer access or whom might need assistance in using a computer, the club could make a computer available in the locker room, pro shop, clubhouse lobby or the club office.

What if I want customize the questions instead of using the questions provided?
-We always assume that a club will want to customize their questions. When you are ready to proceed, we will work with you to develop the questions. There is no extra charge for this.

How can we be certain that members will not respond more than once to the survey?
-We have several options available to control who can participate and how often. Typically, we set the survey up so that it only allows one time access to each IP Address (this the persons computer identity. It is automatic. We can also set it up to accept responses from only a certain list of email addresses.

Are web surveys considered to be a reliable method and what level of confidence can we expect?
- Our web survey method is very reliable, accurate and can usually achieve a statistical level of 3% to 5% Margin of Error at the 95% Confidence Level. This is about as good as you can get in any type of polling. Due to the fact that private club memberships are not considered to be "random sampling", it requires only about a 25% reponse rate to achieve this confidence level.

What if we really want to do a standard, paper survey, can your company do those also?
- Yes, actually our consulting company has specialized in both member surveys and focus group studies for more than 10 years. We can also combine web surveys with paper surveys, if you prefer.
